We are a well-established, leading international franchise providing home care to seniors and the disabled. We are seeking RNs for Private Duty Nursing assignments and home health care supervision of CHHAs.
Private Duty Nursing responsibilities include assessments and reassessments, securing physicians orders, developing plans of care and other treatment documentation, providing treatments such as ostomy care, insulin injections, medication setup, wound care, etc. Most assignments will be treatment visits as needed for patients.
RN Supervision duties include developing plans of care, performing telephone and home re-assessments and supervising Certified Homemaker Home Health Aides, including competency evaluations.
Driving required in the Somerset and Middlesex County areas. Must be available on short notice to perform initial assessments for personal care cases.
At least 2 years experience with the home care required.
